Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Security Guard Officer to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment as well on proactively Vigilant. You will protect the premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the interior and exterior with high level of visibility
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
- Remove trespassers when necessary
- Monitor floor and identify any unusual activities or unruly guest
- Respond to reports of suspicious activity or Nuisance
- Report on daily activities and any security indicators
- enforce policy and rules that the restaurant has established
- use radio for communication exercising codes
- Use de-escalation methods to reduce risk and liability
- Guard will post and be a detailed observant whilee guest enjoy their time eating
- approach guest with customer service to inform them of rules and policys
- Use and Practice DeEscalation at all times
- Must be Proactive
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred
- Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
- Excellent communication skills and reporting
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to follow Directions
- Be Neatly Groomed
- Command Presence
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- full duty belt equipped (Baton, Flashlight, handcuffs)
Schedule
Wednesday 6pm to 1015pm
Thursday 6pm 1015
Friday 5pm to 1115pm
Saturday 130pm to 915pm
Sunday 12pm to 8pm
Pay rate to start $21
( subject to Change)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
